REBECCA MAGEE

Facilitator, Experience Designer + Systems Thinker

I believe that to create a radically different world–one that is just, sustainable and supports the well-being of all–we have to radically reimagine how we work and lead. The leadership practices that created the crises we face? They will not get us there.I help individuals and organizations shift their everyday practices to align with the flourishing future they envision, drawing from my 15+ years of cross-sector experience in facilitation, experience design, systems thinking, environmental + social impact and women's leadership.→ As founder of Sister Seasons, this includes providing workshops, trainings + 1:1 support to help changemakers and mission-driven organizations work with–rather than against–the cycles of nature + their bodies to cultivate regenerative ways of working. The result: systems change leaders who are better equipped to navigate increasing uncertainty, more effectively advance their vision AND support their well-being.→ In my work as a freelance consultant, facilitator and experience designer, this includes partnering with mission-driven businesses, foundations and nonprofits to bring strategic initiatives and gatherings to life that help remove obstacles to mission advancement. Some of the lineages that guide my work: Systems thinking, The Work That Reconnects, The Circle Way, emergent strategy, biomimicry, Menstrual Cycle Awareness, Tara Mohr’s Playing Big
