REBECCA MAGEE

Social Impact Strategist & Facilitator

I work with conscious businesses, nonprofits and individuals to help them identify and take strategic action to create a more socially just, sustainable and resilient world.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, deep listening, systems thinking, coaching skills and a focus on developing meaningful, collaborative solutions that work for all stakeholders (our planet included). I use this approach in combination with a diverse set of tools and 13+ years of experience with nonprofits, social enterprises and socially conscious corporations 1/ to design and facilitate experiences that surface solutions and 2/ to build things^ from start to finish that contribute to restoring our relationship to each other and our planet.

^Strategy, programs, grants and selection processes, communities, policies, trainings, and so much more.

In general, I'm known for my ability to ask questions that get to the root cause, take an idea through execution in a highly organized and strategic way, and hold the vision and values while I do it.

My favorite work has included:

Currently, I'm focused on:
